Describe what you do at Baxi.
Sheena-Grace: I’m like the captain of a ship. My job as a product manager is to decide where the ship should go and how it should get there.
I talk to the passengers (our customers) and find out what they want the ship to be like. Then, I work with a team of sailors (developers, designers, and others) to make sure the ship has all the things the passengers want and that it sails smoothly.
I also make sure the ship stays safe, on course, and arrives at the right places on time. I’m like the person who plans everything and makes sure the ship is the best it can be for everyone on board!

Sheena-Grace: Baxi Cash Voucher Is a feature that allows users to access funds, make purchases, and send gift vouchers to their friends and family. Sheena-Grace: One effective productivity hack is the “Pomodoro Technique.” It’s a time management method that can help you stay focused and work efficiently.
Here’s how it works:
1) Choose a Task: Select a task you want to work on.
2) Set a Timer: Set a timer for 25 minutes (this is called one “Pomodoro”).
3) Work on the Task: Work on your chosen task with full focus and concentration until the timer rings.
4) Take a Short Break: When the timer goes off, take a short 5-minute break to rest and recharge.
5) Repeat: Repeat steps 1 to 4 for three more Pomodoros (a total of four cycles).
Take a Longer Break: After completing four Pomodoros, take a longer break of 15-30 minutes.
The Pomodoro Technique is effective because it encourages you to work in short, focused bursts with built-in breaks. This helps prevent burnout and maintains your concentration over time. It’s particularly useful for tasks that require deep focus and can help you avoid distractions.
